## Where Crypto Founders Start their Journey

Colosseum hackathons are not traditional hackathons.
They are global, online competitions where talented founders sprint over multiple weeks to build impactful products. We run two hackathons per year, each followed by our accelerator program.

### How it works

01
### Compete
Colosseum runs two global online hackathons per year. Teams build a product over multiple weeks and compete for prizes.

02
### Win
Top projects are judged by ecosystem leaders and founders. Winners earn prizes and recognition across the Solana ecosystem.

03
### Get funded
Select winners join Colosseum's [accelerator](https://colosseum.com/accelerator) and receive $250K in funding to build full-time.
